Management philosophy

ROAIA Constructions began as a general contractor in 2001. Over the years, the company has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how and experiences in design and build solutions, project management services, building trades and related engineering works.

Today, ROAIA Constructions takes on the role of main contractor for small to medium size projects and performs project management services to coordinates specialist trades for industrial/commercial projects.

ROAIA also provides design services per international and local standards and engineering solutions as value-add services to our clients.

The construction management philosophy consists of:

  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders;
  • Track project progress and implement transformational approach to best apply change management.
  • Create detail schedule and resources plan to reconcile with the client’s targets;
  • Close supervision is implemented to best achieve quality of work;
  • Commit to time schedule in completion and commissioning.
